Never mind the TV debates, Cameron challenged to election bake-off with Witney challengers
Never mind the TV debates, will David Cameron agree to an election bake-off with his fellow Witney candidates?
The Prime Minister has been challenged to a bake-off with the other candidates standing at the general election in his Witney constituency. The Labour and Lib Dems are taking part. UKIP and the Greens haven't yet responded. But the National Health Action Party's Witney candidate, Dr Clive Peedell, says he's definitely up for it - although he doubts the Prime Minister's cake will be up to much:
"If it's like his NHS policies, David Cameron's cake will be half-baked. In the spirit of austerity, we will bake our cake with ingredients from a food bank. But we'd donate the finished, and hopefully delicious, cake back to the food bank. You can be sure that when David Cameron cuts his cake, the biggest slices will be for his friends."
